Bunters price list!!

Had a friend bring some of their food down yestersday.... lovely. Bunters price list!! Bunter10

I will order next week if we meet the min order of 3000 baht!! Please if you want to order you will have to give me the cash in person with a list of items you want, also you will have to collect them from my house. I am not making any money from this and i won't run around the city delivering your food!! sorry...

I have already tried the Beef sausages, breakfast sausages and the back bacon !! all are great and are recommended!! I can't comment on any of the other products, so it will be trial by error when ordering.

I have had a little response for Bunters food BUT will order tomorrow. If you want anything please let me know and pay for it today.
It will be ordered tomorrow and will be in Nakhon Friday morning ready for collection.

Just spoken to Howard at Bunters and their delivery days are tuesday and friday, that mean the food will be in Nakhon the following day eg: wednesday and saturday !! I have a little problem that on saturday i work so won't be able to pick it up :ballkick: does anyone fancy collecting the food stuff this saturday morning from the bus station?? If not then the delivery will have to be next wednesday.

Just fried up some of the breakfast sausages and woooooo-----eeeeee! They is goooood!

I actually sort of dropped the ball. There were a few other teachers who wanted stuff but I neglected to get their list.... hell, what am I saying. They forgot to make sure I got the list! So BAH!

But I would imagine they'd very much appreciate not being left out next time.

And, if someone would be so kind, please share your cooking times and temps for the pies. :)

The wife sent me a photo of the pies (i am at work at the moment and couldn't wait) and it looks like the pastry is already cooked. If they are then just heat them in the oven, 15 minutes at 180, if they aren't cooked then maybe 25 minutes at 200. Just guessing here so if your house burns down blame snowstorm. Thanks

good point. the pies definitely look pre-cooked.... so just a good heating should do it. I'm guessing microwaving will not do them any justice... whaddaya think?

BTW, the salami is also TOP NOTCH!! Damn fine stuff.... can anyone here bake a good pizza? They'd go great!

Think my pasty was already cooked........ tasted like a pasty to me.
I followed this simple serving suggestion:

1. Remove wrapping as this improves the flavour and makes it less chewy
2. Place on a plate (Optional as this process can waste valuable time and effort)
3. Grasp pasty/pie in hand
4. Open suitable orrifice (preferably the mouth)
5. Place pasty/pie inside

Repeat steps 1-5 until pasty/pie supply runs out

I had the cheese, potato and onion pie last night and was ok! Didnt really go well with the mashed potato and baked beans. The wife and mother-in-law had the minced beef and onion and they loved it.
